“Jesus loves you!” are the words he said to me during a fight as I was in a fit of rage, intoxicated, ripping the pictures of My kids off the wall that he just hung up.
Jesus loves you.
Nobody had ever said that to me. What does that mean to me? I don’t even know Jesus (yet).
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.” -John 3:16,17
So Jesus died for me. He died for my sins. Jesus died to save me. I need to know this Jesus!!
As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. -John 15:9
